  1. Send the gift card to yourself so you can give to the recipient yourself. -OR-
  2. Send the gift card straight to the recipient. Enter THEIR info and address in the SHIPPING field.

• CURBSIDE PICKUP
  
  1. Pick up the gift card yourself.
  2. Have us notify the recipient for them to pick up the gift card. Enter THEIR info in the SHIPPING field.

Option A: If you would like us to email notify your recipient of their available gift card for in-store pickup, please list their email address and phone number	OPTIONAL	Delete
			Option B: If you would like the Gift Card mailed to recipient, please list their address. We will include a short note that says YOUR NAME has gifted THEIR NAME an in-store Gift Card redeemable for YOUR AMOUNT. (This will be mailed via standard USPS)
