We're so excited you're ready to reserve The Venue!
1. Click HERE to begin. (It's helpful to read through this page first.)
2. Select your Package from the scrolling list. (Photoshoots can not book online)
3. Choose your date and time.
• Select the time your ACCESS would BEGIN, not your guests. For example, if you choose the Wedding Package and you want your 12-hour total access to run from noon to midnight, you would choose the 12:00pm appointment. If you book a Standard Event, if you want your 6-hour total access to run from 5pm-11pm, choose the 5:00pm appointment.
• NOTE: If the appointment time you want doesn't show up, there likely aren't enough available hours that day for that package. Call tech support if needed: 405.535.2717.
4. Proceed with the Reservation Request form. Be prepared to attach the following or immediately email them to [email protected] to complete your reservation.
1. Signed Venue Agreement & Contract. Read thoroughly then complete the last page and attach that page. You can fill it out as a PDF on your computer or print it out, fill it out and then submit a clear photo or scan.
2. Photo of a Credit Card and Billing Address for the card. This is the card that will be used to run your 1st payment. You may change your credit card on file at any point after this, just email us at [email protected] We will not charge anything other than this first payment to your card without your consent.
3. Host Photo ID. This is typically a Driver's License. A scan or clear and bright photo is great.
