SHIPPING - Ugh! We so wish we could offer free shipping; however, as a small independent business, our ability to survive is dependent on already tight margins that disappear with a free shipping offer. We compete with our suppliers who ship free direct to consumer but then charge us actual freight when we order wholesale in order to resale. We don't bake shipping costs into the prices of our products so shipping is calculated directly from a third party shipper to help save costs where we can which we always pass on to you. Shipping is calculated on true dimensions and weight. We really appreciate your understanding and mostly, your support.

RETURNS - We want you to love your product. If you don't love it, please email us at [email protected] to give us a heads up that you're shipping your item back to our flagship store. Customer is responsible for return shipping charge however, there is never an additional return fee applied to your account. Please package it carefully as it will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it is in sellable condition. We will notify you of your refund upon completion.
