Shipping, Returns, Cancellations
SHIPPING - We so wish we could offer free shipping. As a small independent business, our ability to survive is dependent on tight margins that disappear with a free shipping offer. We don't bake shipping costs into the prices of our products so shipping is calculated on true dimensions and weight, and in most cases, the actual cost of shipping is greater than the amount we charge. We really appreciate your understanding and mostly, your support of our small family-owned independent business.
RETURNS - We want you to love your product. If you don't love it, please email us at [email protected] to give us a heads up that you're shipping your item back to our flagship store. Customer is responsible for return shipping charge however, there is never an additional return fee applied to your account. Please package it carefully as it will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it is in sellable condition. We will notify you of your refund upon completion. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - We stand by our products. If you've received an item that appears to be defective in some way, please send us photos to [email protected]
CANCELLING OR EDITING AN ORDER - If you'd like to edit or cancel an order before it has been shipped, we can help. Email [email protected] (include your order number) so you don't have to wait for open store hours. If it's a weekday between 10am-6pm CST, you can call or text 405.996.6619. We'll determine next steps together, which may mean placing a new order if we aren't able to edit on our end.
