Q: "Why am I required to use these caterers and bartenders?"

A: The PLENTY kitchen is a registered catering facility with the State of Oklahoma and is required to be operated only by licensed and insured companies with an Oklahoma Catering license. This thorough list of caterers and bartending services below are vetted, licensed, insured, and have operated on-site up to standards. All prepared food and alcohol must be provided by, handled by, served by, and monitored by one of these companies. These laws serve to protect your health and safety from food poisoning, contamination, and over-serving. (Any food truck is welcome since they will not be using the kitchen facilities.)

We champion sustainability. Please join us in considering the environment by utilizing reusable or compostable goods when able and utilizing all recycling and water conservation methods offered at PLENTY Mercantile. Our goal is 0 waste. Ask for more details.
