• Rate access slots include entire set-up, event, and breakdown from first vendor in to last person out.

• Dates open for booking one year prior. Dates can only be reserved within one year (or less) of the event.

• Double Rate Days: December 31st, January 1st, July 4th

• Unavailable Days: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday
